ARTECH CNC COMPANY Conducts Factory Testing of Milling Robot Arm, Impressing Customers with Exquisite Carving Results On-Site

Recently, ARTECH CNC COMPANY held a special testing event for its Milling Robot Arm at its production base, inviting representatives from nearly 20 potential customers and cooperative enterprises to observe on-site. Through metal and wood carving demonstrations in real-world scenarios, the company intuitively showcased the product's high-precision and high-efficiency processing capabilities. The testing results were highly praised by customers, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.
The testing site was located in the intelligent manufacturing demonstration workshop of ARTECH CNC's factory. The staff had prepared various test materials such as aluminum alloy plates, solid wood plates, and acrylic in advance based on the industries of the attending customers (covering precision component manufacturing, furniture customization, mold processing, etc.), and preset carving tasks of different complexities. At around 10 a.m., the Milling Robot Arm started the test under the operation of technical personnel: first, to meet the needs of precision component customers for "fine pattern carving on metal surfaces", the robotic arm was equipped with a special milling cutter to carve corporate logos and product numbers on aluminum alloy plates. The entire process was fully automated, with the minimum width of the carved lines reaching 0.2mm, no burrs on the edges, and the depth error controlled within ±0.01mm. After completion, the details were displayed in real-time via a high-definition camera. On-site customers gathered to check the results up close and expressed amazement at the clarity and precision of the patterns.
The subsequent "solid wood 3D relief carving" test session was particularly tailored to the core needs of furniture customization customers. Based on the preset European-style pattern drawings, the Milling Robot Arm completed 3D relief carving on solid wood plates. The entire process, from outline sketching to detailed shaping, was smooth and efficient, finishing a task that would take 3 hours of traditional manual carving in just 40 minutes. During the test, the technical personnel also demonstrated the parameter adjustment function to customers via the operation panel: "According to the hardness of different wood materials, we can optimize the carving speed and feed rate in real-time. For example, when processing hardwood, we reduce the speed and increase the milling cutter pressure to ensure uniform carving depth and prevent material cracking." When a customer on-site asked, "Can it adapt to customized patterns?", the technical personnel immediately imported the drawings provided by the customer. The robotic arm completed path planning and started carving within 10 minutes, and the finished product achieved a 99% similarity to the original drawing, allowing customers to intuitively experience the product's flexible adaptability.
In addition to the static carving effect demonstration, the ARTECH CNC team also set up a "continuous operation stability test" session: the Milling Robot Arm continuously performed batch carving on acrylic plates for 8 hours (simulating the customer's mass production scenario), automatically completing the carving of 20 parts with complex patterns per hour. The technical personnel recorded data in real-time, and the final results showed that the dimensional error of all finished products was within 0.3mm, with a qualification rate of 100%. "Our biggest concern was the precision stability during mass production, and this test has completely dispelled our worries," said the procurement director of a mold manufacturing enterprise from Guangdong. The enterprise has initially reached a purchase intention with ARTECH CNC and plans to introduce 2 Milling Robot Arms for the mold surface carving process.
The person in charge of product testing at ARTECH CNC COMPANY stated: "Inviting customers to participate in factory testing is to allow them to witness the product's performance with their own eyes and build trust through real results." It is understood that after this testing event, 8 customers have clearly expressed their intention to cooperate, and another 5 customers have put forward requirements for further customized testing (such as optimizing carving parameters for special materials). In the future, ARTECH CNC will regularly hold such customer open-day events, continuing to use transparent and scenario-based test demonstrations to help customers gain a deeper understanding of the product's value. At the same time, the company will continuously optimize product performance based on customer feedback, providing more accurate milling solutions for customers in different industries.
