Company Practices Engraving Skills with Engraving Machines Today, Livestreams Engraving Process for Clients
Today, the company's workshop hosted a unique practical training session on engraving techniques, while simultaneously livestreaming the complete operation process of the engraving machines to clients via a livestreaming platform. This initiative not only enhanced employees' practical skills but also allowed clients to intuitively experience the efficiency and precision of the equipment, earning widespread praise.
The practical training kicked off at 9 a.m. The technical team selected commonly used wood and metal materials as engraving subjects. Employees took turns operating multiple engraving machines in the workshop, strictly following standardized procedures for every step—from inputting drawing parameters and adjusting cutting tools to planning engraving paths. New employees familiarized themselves with operational details under the guidance of senior technicians, while experienced ones attempted more complex pattern engraving, creating a strong learning atmosphere on-site.
Unlike previous training sessions, this one featured a dedicated livestream channel for clients. Using multi-angle cameras, technicians transmitted the engraving machines' operation process, cutting tool trajectories, and real-time forming engraved works to online clients. The livestream showcased not only simple text engraving but also the engraving process of complex patterns such as floral designs and geometric shapes. Technicians explained the logic behind parameter settings and the equipment's performance advantages in real time, and answered clients' questions such as "how to optimize engraving precision" and "tool selection for different materials" on the spot.
"I was originally not very familiar with the actual operation process of engraving machines. This livestream showed us the complete process from design to finished product, which has increased my confidence in the equipment's performance," a client watching online commented in the interaction section. Statistics showed that the livestream attracted nearly 200 clients, with over 300 interactive questions. Many clients stated that the livestream deepened their understanding of engraving techniques and provided a reference for future equipment purchases and technical cooperation.
The company's person in charge stated that combining practical training with client livestreaming is an innovative attempt. Such activities will be held regularly in the future to not only strengthen employees' technical capabilities but also build an intuitive communication bridge with clients, making technology transparent and services proactive, thus creating more tangible value for clients.
